Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with RespFlow. We value your business and strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review the following policies prior to placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order for any reason, please contact RespFlow immediately at:

Please note:
•    Orders cannot be canceled via chat, email or voicemail alone.
•    Once an order has been assigned a tracking number, the order cannot be canceled.
•    Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
•    Cancellation fees apply to, but are not limited to:
      o    Change of mind
      o    Duplicate orders
      o    Incorrect item selection
      o    Incorrect quantity ordered
      o    Item no longer needed
      o    Any customer-initiated cancellation not caused by RespFlow
Cancellation fees will not apply in cases involving manufacturer backorders or inventory unavailability.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow our standard return policy which is notated below.  
Refused shipments or undeliverable packages are treated as unauthorized returns and are subject to all applicable return shipping charges, restocking fees, and cancellation fees.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
RespFlow accepts returns on select unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise prohibited below.
To qualify for a return:
•    The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
•    The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, inserts, and components
•    The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any item
•    The item must not show signs of use, wear, smoke exposure, damage, or alteration
•    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by RespFlow
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
DO NOT write directly on the manufacturer’s box or product packaging. Items must be returned exactly as received.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or delivered:
•    Oxygen concentrators
•    CPAP and BiPAP machines
•    Masks and mask components
•    Tubing and humidification accessories
•    Batteries
•    Hygienic or personal-use items
•    Any item marked as non-returnable or final sale
Any returned hygienic item that has been opened, used, or exposed to bodily contact may be treated as a biohazard and disposed of without refund.
Damaged or defective oxygen concentrators may qualify for repair or replacement only and are not eligible for refunds.

RESTOCKING & PROCESSING FEES
Approved returns are subject to the following fees:
•    Standard returns: 20% restocking and processing fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If free shipping was provided on the original order, actual outbound shipping costs incurred by RespFlow will be deducted from the refund.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact RespFlow within 48 hours of delivery.
RespFlow may require:
•    Photos of the product and packaging
•    Serial numbers
•    Proof of damage
•    Manufacturer troubleshooting procedures
RespFlow reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve defective merchandise in accordance with manufacturer policies and warranty terms.
RespFlow will cover return shipping costs only when the error was caused directly by RespFlow.

RETURN PROCESS

If your return request is approved, securely package the item in its original packaging along with:
•    Your RMA number
•    Original packing slip or order information
•    A written explanation for the return

RespFlow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow:
•    Up to 5 business days for inspection and processing
•    Additional time for your financial institution to post the refund
Refund amounts will exclude:
•    Original shipping charges
•    Cancellation fees
•    Restocking fees
•    Return shipping charges
•    Any applicable payment processing fees
RespFlow reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.

SHIPPING POLICY
RespFlow currently ships within the United States and Canada only.
Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders within the continental United States and exclude certain oversized, freight, rental, or manufacturer-restricted items.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Please note:
UPS 2-Day and Overnight services are the only guaranteed delivery methods when available
RespFlow is not responsible for:
•    Carrier delays
•    Weather delays
•    Customs delays
•    Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
•    International forwarding services arranged by the customer
•    Damage occurring after delivery confirmation
Customers using third-party freight forwarders or exporting products outside approved shipping territories assume all responsibility for loss, damage, customs issues, and warranty limitations.

Product compatibility, sizing, and fit may vary by manufacturer and model.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase. Mask fit and comfort cannot be guaranteed.
