All orders are considered final sale.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us for assistance. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and unopened.

All products are covered by full manufacturer warranties.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, minus shipping costs.

Please note:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used items. Damaged oxygen concentrators are eligible for replacement only, not refunds Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email customer service at info@respflow.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging along with the packing slip. Send the package to the address below:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

 Hygienic items (e.g., masks, oxygen concentrators, CPAP machines, and accessories).

Products that have been opened or used.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team to arrange a refund or exchange.

Additional Notes

Mask sizes vary by model and manufacturer. Please confirm the correct size with us before purchase, as fit is not guaranteed across different models. Questions?
